Renting a car

Driver requirements:
Minimum driver’s age is 21 years old, for groups A and B.
Passport or ID card may be additionally required.

Driver’s licence:
The Driver must hold a valid car driver’s licence for at least 1 year.
Passport or ID card is additionally required.

NOTE!
For some non European Drivers, an International Drivers License may be needed. Please send a copy of your license if you are unsure.

Renting a bike

Driver requirements:
Minimum driver’s age is 21 years old.

Driver’s licence:
The Driver must hold a valid driver’s licence. You are allowed to drive a scooter up to 125cc only if it is also valid in your country legislation.
Passport or ID card may be additionally required.

NOTE!

Children seat

We offer our customers quality baby, infant and child seats to fit and protect the younger family members. Simply request the seats you need at the time of booking and we’ll make sure they’re all fitted securely.

For the booking to be valid you must confirm either by email or phone and we will answer you immediately.

PAYMENT

In order for a booking to be valid 25% of the full amount must be deposited in our bank account.

If the booking is for 3 days or less, a deposit of 50% of the full amount is required.

If the start date of the rental is less than 7 days from the reservation date, you will be charged the full amount

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the booking is cancelled:

• 15 days or more before the rental period the full deposit is refundable (any potential expenses are paid by the client).

• 8 - 14 days before the rental period 50% of the deposit is refundable (any potential expenses are paid by the client).

• 7 days or less before before the rental period the deposit is non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE

Evdokia’s car & bike rental will make every effort to deliver you the type of car you selected.

If for some reasons because of force majeure (mechanical breakdown of the vehicle, etc.) this is not possible, then we will deliver a similar vehicle of the same category.

REMARKS

Included:

• Taxes 24%

• Unlimited kilometers

• Third part insurance

• Free pickup and delivery of vehicles at the two ports of the island, Aegiali and Katapola.

Not included:
CDW – Collision Damage Waiver (Deductible Category A, A+ 450 €, Category B, C, C+ & Automatic 500 €, Minibus & SUV 1000 €, Scooters 200 €, ATV 300 €, Buggy 500 € and all +24% VAT)

INSURANCE POLICY

Our rates include third party liability coverage. Renters can get collision damage waiver (CDW) for damage higher than:

• Category A & A+ deductible 450 € + VAT by paying 8 € per day.

• Category B, C, C+ & Automatic deductible 500 € + VAT by paying 10 € per day.

• Minibus &SUV deductible 1000 € + VAT by paying 16€ per day.

• Scooters deductible 200 € + VAT by paying 4 € per day.

• ATV deductible 300 € + VAT by paying 6 € per day.

• Buggy deductible 500 € + VAT by paying 8 € per day.

The CDW not exist for scooters.

CDW is NOT valid if the driver violates the Greek Traffic Code regulations. Damages to engine, tires, windshield, mirrors, windows and underneath the vehicle is not covered by the C.D.W. insurance cover.
